Dear Parents,
We've had a lovely week continuing with our exciting topic. We made our own mixtures in science. We observed carefully and used scientific voacubulary to describe what happenened when we mixed water with food colouring, glitter, cooking oil and Alka seltzer.
In maths we were adding with our 'chips and peas' (tens and ones).
In English we have been practising our neat joined handwriting. We have also Predicted what might happen next in our class book and written our own versions.
We finished our whale and dolophin collages in Art this week and the children created some fantastic pictures. The children enjoyed thinking about how we are all different and alol special today, as part of 'Mental Awareness' day.
Have a lovely weekend.
