What a busy week it has been for Year 2! In maths we have finished our first multiplication topic. We solved some Christmas word problems using our knowledge of multiplication. We also began collecting some data from our friends. We chose a Christmas themed question with three possible answers. We made a tally to show how many children selected each option... We also started to learn how to divide number using sharing. We found out that division is the inverse (opposite) of multiplication.
